When creating a new character, clits are still at 0.0 inches. Also, the thresholds for some of the skills' max learning potential (e.g. etiquette at the restaurant) seem a bit low; I can't for the life of me find anyplace that'll let me raise it enough to do anything meaningful with the elf, for instance.
