Direct Download Link Test! (Not really a new build yet, calm down)

Uploading version 0.53a as we speak to a site provided by a kind (yet anonymous) friend. The link is here(a newer build was posted, thus this link was removed). This build doesn't contain much new because everything I'm working on is still stored locally and hasn't been integrated into the game (it's script & images without code pointing to it yet).

I left the pregnancy system debug code in, but I don't recommend accessing it as it just contains the text with no real context (you  can't get pregnant via in-game events / sex system yet). You're free to test it yourselves but it's rather pointless right now. The main point of this post was to get a direct download link to everyone who's been asking for quite some time.

Oh, and the EQ fix may be in this version...I hope. NOTE: You may have to save the game and load it once for that file to work if you have had issues in the past with equipment. Those who haven't had issues shouldn't see any difference.

There may also be some random new stuff I added in that I may not have realized I integrated in the game, so if you randomly stumble upon some new stuff I'm working on consider it a bonus...just don't waste your time looking for it :P


  1. I tested the equipment and even after saving / loading I still have hundreds of items.

    We talked about adding a "drop all" debug option in a previous comment, are you planning to add it?

    2. Finished, just be warned when you test this in future builds to make a backup of your save first. Also, make sure to requip your new stuffs just in case :P

  2. Could you add an MD5 of the original zip/rar/whatever since the link is coming from a third party? Just helps to know that it hasn't been tampered with.

    1. The link is coming from me actually (anonymous gave me direct FTP access) so unless they secretly deleted it and re-uploaded it, it should be safe.

      That said, I believe the MD5 should be:

  3. Small bugs found:

    - If you have more than 100 hp (with equipment bonus), the number doesn't appear on the main screen.

    - Also the positive/negative symbol of the equipment bonus sometime doesn't appear in the description.

  4. I seem to having significant problems with Lust, and saving.

    Lust seems to behave weirdly - when it is affected, it doesn't immediately show on the attributes screen, but I get negative values for something whenever I load up attributes. I know it's related to Lust because it only appears when I have a change in Lust.

    I also can't save properly, as games I've saved have corrupted attirbutes. Whether the two are related, I don't know.

  5. New game doesn't work, I get an error when i pick the backgrounds and traits.

  7. on a technical level: what is the difference between script and code? since I had assumed they were the same thing. unless by script you mean in-game text in which case please disregard this question.

    1. Script, whenever I mention it, is directly referencing the event editor. The event editor uses a homemade script (my evil creation) which basically is formatted as you play based on your character.

      The event files (text files w/ script) are read by the game's event reader. This:

    2. is it odd that I can understand most of that after only 30 minutes or so of script training that I haven't done in months? but anyway thanks for clearing that up ... a bit. but at least I have a basic grasp of what you are saying in the updates ^__^

  8. Just tested the pregnancy debug.

    First, I think I accidentally created a 'queue' of pregnancies for when I clicked the enable pregnancy button a few times when I first started because I wasn't sure if it was active. That, or new pregnancies start right after the last.

    Second, I feel that those who choose not to milk themselves while pregnant should not completely stop lactating at least until the pregnancy finishes, especially since some of the text still mentions it later.

    Third, early pregnancy text states you tell your partner, but doesnt make sense if you dont have one.

    Good work so far, I am looking forward to the next release.

    (Though perhaps you could add more images to the arousal warnings, especially the first one which is most likely and often to be seen)

    1. I already have collected 5 or so images to use in conjunction with the pregnancy system. As for the partner dialogue, I think perhaps changing it to mate would be better.

      Thanks for bringing up the lactation thing and I'm glad someone tested out the pregnancy system. Though it's implemented as you observed, it doesn't have anything attached to it's core just yet :P
