You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind...

I've been pretty quiet lately working on the project, so I felt it was time to give a warm welcome to all you devoted players out there! As the editor on staff, I work hard to make sure your experience in Pornarium is a very pleasant one!

That being said, I need a favor from you guys, so I can continue doing my job of providing you with the most exciting and immersive content imaginable! I need you to take screen caps of you playing the game in your native resolution and post it in the comments section of this blog post.

Please be sure to tell me what resolution you are using in your post.

Be sure to set you in-game font to size 12.

The screencap MUST be of the ghost event, before you give the trinket to her. Click "Submit to ghost", then take your screencap.

Make sure that I can see the text box in the game, and do NOT scroll down (this way the screencaps are consistent in content.)

This information will let me know how to chunk paragraphs and sections.

www.postimage.org is a good site to use, but be sure to mark the image as "adult".

Also I would like to give a shout out to Echorid, for providing the zeitgeist of the text, his inspiration and creativity will always continue to motivate me! Taco goes without saying; his countless hours he has devoted to this project speak for themselves!

    I made a big mistake, please re-read post and re-submit. I forgot that people use different sized fonts, and don't use the same event. I need consistent sized fonts and used text among all participants so I can accurately gauge how I will chunk paragraphs.

    Because old school is the best school, especially when one doesn't have much of a choice.

    Also, though this is probably not the time and place, I'm really, really, really not fond of the column format for that amount of text, and mandatory centered all the way past the first paragraph, while probably not intended, is still very much unpleasant.
    Actually, those layout details are by far my major, biggest issue with the game so far.

    I prefer to have the text aligned to the left myself, and in the options you are allowed to make that change. Your version might be bugged and not allow you to do that for every piece of text, but Tacoking has fixed it in the dev build.

    "Chunking" paragraphs is best left to pagination built in to the application rather than trying to hit a moving target. All the user has to do is alter a single thing, and all your careful line-counting and formatting is a mess.

    @ Echorid : actually, the game's pretty much always done that since the option's available, and according to some of the screenshots here, it happens to other people too.
    Not everyone though, so there's a deeper issue.

    Either way, here's definitely not the place, I'll move this to the forum.

    @Khef: That may be because of the way the text used to be handled. I changed that on the dev build so when I release it next this issue may be gone.

    If anyone's got smaller native resolution, that would be helpful at this point. Laptops, etc.
